Moving emails with MSGFiler
Posted under NewsI use MSGFiler to get my emails out of my inbox.
I typically set it to respond to Command J (in tribute to my long years with Eudora)
Once the hot-key is typed, you’ll see a window where I can type in a few characters of the mailbox title, then hit Return to file the message.
When I want to see the folder in question (to view those saved messages, or because I may have moved a message into the wrong folder)
I will often type Command Option N to make a new mail window, then bring up MSGFiler again and type Command O to open the folder.
Then you can take the misfiled message and just refile it.
