  • Do I need an appointment?[No, but they are helpful]
    • We understand that your time is valuable and we want to honor that. Appointments are available, but not required. Feel free to come by our office when your schedule permits. We’ll get your machine checked in and you back on the road in no time. For your convenience we have a check in form online that you can fill out before dropping off your computer,  allowing us to process your information quickly and efficiently.
  • Why do I need to leave a deposit for my out of warranty computer?
    • For computers brought in outside of their AppleCare Warranty coverage, we collect payment for the first 1/2 hour of labor. Once we have diagnosed the issues with your computer, we will contact you to discuss the repair, and what parts and/or labor will be needed to resolve the issue. The money we collect when you drop off your computer will be applied to the cost of repair or to the purchase of a replacement computer.
  • How long will my repair take? [Usually no longer than overnight]
    • Our turn-around time is often next-day service, with some repairs taking two days to complete. We do all we can to make your experience with us a great one. We keep a large inventory of parts here in house and can have additional supplies and parts sent overnight.
  • Will you repair my computer on site? [Yes!]
    • We offer On Site service, with travel billed one way from the time we leave our office until we leave yours. For more information on our On Site services click here.
  • What are your rates for after hours work?
    • All work performed before 8:30 a.m. and after 5:30 p.m. weekdays, or on weekends or holidays is considered overtime. Weekday and Saturday overtime is billed at 150% of our standard rate, $225/hour; Sunday and Holiday overtime is billed at 200% of our standard rate, $300/hour.
