Solving the Password Problem
- If they are all the same, then one getting out is too big a risk.
- If they are all different, how do we manage them?
- If we share them, how do we know who’s seen them?
- If we store them, how do we know where to find them? and is that place safe?
Secret Server is secure, available, and trackable
Passwords, software license keys, networking device addresses and other data associated with our work for you are stored on an encrypted server that restricts and tracks access. You can request a username and password to view the data we have stored on your account below
- Hosted on our equipment, in our office
- Encrypted database, so even theft of the server is not a problem.
- Only accessible via industry standard SSL encryption – all information is fully encrypted while in transit.
- Accessible via free iPhone app
Setup the iPhone app by tapping “Existing Installed Account” and entering your information.

If you’ve forgotten your password, please request a new one by entering your email address here

A one time cost allows unlimited use per person
If we are creating passwords on your behalf, we will create a read-only username at no cost.
This would allow the principle of your organization to access the data we create at any time.
We welcome you to use this as a secure, centralized storage tool for kinds of important data, as doing so keeps us both on the same page. We are happy to provide the ability to add and edit password data for a one-time fee of $120 per username.
Interested in deploying Secret Server for your own organization?
We’ve made up a Secret Server Referral form, and would be happy to share our experiences with the product, and how it’s helped overall.
