Allen Hancock has been an active partner in the development of Mac Helpmate, a remote support application which can follow you where you go.

It works like a genii’s bottle. You open it when you want, click the business card image and allow us access to your computer when you need a hand. Alternatively, you can allow us to register your computer for on-demand help with no futher effort on your part.

Time spent using Mac HelpMate is billed at the normal rates. Of course, there is no travel time.
Perfect if you are in Seattle or Connecticut, or just on the wrong side of Baton Rouge traffic.

If Allen Hancock has worked on your computer since January 2006, there is a good chance you will find Mac HelpMate in your Applications folder.
