There are just a few service providers we use who give us no troubles whatsoever.  Front Point Security is one of them.

We use them in our office, and our home, and there are some great benefits.

• Costs the same as any other system + phone line. For those of you who don’t have a landline, or who only have one for the alarm system, Front Point can actually save money over traditional systems.
• Does not reply on your home’s internet, phone line, or power for it’s operation. All communications are handled wirelessly via the built in cellular connection, and the unit has it’s own battery backup system.
• Email notifications of any activity you choose.
• Lock/Unlock/Monitor your system via an iPhone app, or through their website.
• Available keyfobs for your keychain – able to operate both home and office systems on one keychain if desired.
• The ability to create up to 8 pin codes for 8 people to share means you can know just disarmed the system and when.
• Email notification when your home or office loses power, and when power is restored.
• Optional video monitoring and recording, viewable from their iPhone app or website.
• If you choose, their available glass break and motion detectors save on installation costs, without reducing overall security.
• Nominal startup costs, which can be offset with a 2-3 year contract.
• Direct police dispatch in the event of alarms.
• Integrated smoke detectors available.
