All regular maintenance is covered under our Premier Support plan.

 

  • What is Premier Support?
    • Premier support is a full service computer maintenance program.
      For $70 Per Machine/Per Month we provide all the support needed to maintain your current systems.
  • Who needs Premier Support?
    • Premier support is requested by a small sub-set of our clients. These clients are looking for a “Cadillac” program who want a fixed price for Premier Support, providing a worry-free environment for the employees, and making sure the office computers are operating at full capacity.
  • What is our definition of maintainence?
    • Maintenance is keeping the status quo, while providing phone, email and on-site support to keep your computers, servers and network working. Our technicians will perform work on your machines regularly to ensure their continued operation in their current state.
  • What work is not covered?
    • Analysis of your current systems, upgrades, and implementation of new solutions are not included in the monthly charges. These are considered outside the scope of the regular maintenance of your network and will be billed at your discounted hourly rate.
  • What calls are covered?
    • Calls pertaining to an issue with a machine in the current environment are covered. Any calls related to new installations or upgrades to your network or systems will be bill at your discounted hourly rate.
